In regards to the Mori Mori portion of the list, I now realize that “nuka” is not the brand name, but the Japanese term for rice bran.  Nuka is used primarily as an agent in a certain type of pickling process.  Here is a Wikipedia article about this type of pickle, called Nukazuke:
